Greetings from Credai Howrah Hooghly!!
Hope all are fit and fine and doing well in this Pandemic.
Given the Scenario, considering Health, Hygiene norms, and getting equipped ourselves with the Future Technology, our Managing Committee has decided to organize Annual General Meeting Virtually on Google Meet Platform for the safety and security of our Members.
The Notice is hereby given to all members that the Annual General Meeting of CREDAI Howrah Hooghly is going to be held on 26th September, 2020 (Saturday) at 4:00 pm Virtually through Google Meet.
We, all are almost familiar with this app now(Google Meet). Still for convenience of all, brief guidelines are given below for ready reference.
- Install the Google Meet App in any of your PC/ Laptop /Android phone / I Phone, which you wish to use, prior to meeting time.
- Click the Link shared through Email/WhatsApp and join the Meeting
- Make sure your audio and video are properly connected.
- Please mute your Audio when not speaking. As, if we all speak at a time, it won’t be audible. So, in order to maintain decorum, we suggest, to write in Chat Box before we share our views/ thoughts/ suggestions/ issues so that, others can listen clearly.
- Request all the Members to spare some time for the Managing Committee Meeting and join latest by 3:55 PM sharp so that we can start our Meeting on time and respect the time of all our Members. And remain in Network Area
